Reply:Similar to my looks except for the pale skin. I was told that green eye shadow was the best for green eyes from one source and that salmon was the best color from another source. I%26#039;ve tried both and I prefer the green. I use black mascara, not jet black, but if your skin is paler then you may be able to get away with brown. Although I think black will be more of a dramatic affect on you.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to darken my hair?
I have naturally medium blonde hair with light blonde highlights and I am REALLY bored with it. I have really pale skin and light eyebrows though so everyone says I will look bad with brunette hair but I have decided that I want to do it anyway. Is there any way that I can darken my hair slowly without using dye at first so it%26#039;s not such a drastic change? Also, what about my eyebrows? I don%26#039;t really want to dye them. Is there any way I can darken them as well? I have thought about using the John Frieda shampoo conditioner and glaze but I%26#039;m not sure how well that would work. Is there anyone that knows about this or has done it themselves? Thanks so much!

oh my god that is a gorgeous dress. you should definitly wear silver with that. silver ( if you can walk in them) stilleto shoes. bring some silver ballet pumps too for when your feet get tired. silver clutch bag. and a siver pendant necklace(try the newbridge silverware website for ideas).

There are a varity of colors that would match the dress.
Silver, creamy off-whites, pastel spring-ish colors exluding green. Trying to stay away from bold colors since the dress looks very light.
Try using those for the bags and shoes.
A bag with thin straps and dangly bead work would look good and for the shoes nearly any heeled danty shoe would work.
Then a simple droplet necklace would polish the look off.

You should see a dermatologist. You could have seborrhea or a type of dermatitis. There are several prescription lotions which would be effective in treating this.

It looks like you might have shaved without shaving cream and might have got razor burn cause I did that one time and got those same little red dots LOL but next time us shving cream then but on some Lotion!!!
Reply:It looks to me like a heat rash or some kind of allergy. I think if you are really concerned, see a skin doctor. But first, try one of those skin calming lotions like Eucerin or Aveeno. My hubby had the most alarming rash of little red dots that would pop up, itch like crazy and then disappear. The Eucerin stopped it completely. Even if yours don%26#039;t itch, try the cream anyway.

do not be conscious of your freckles coz you cant remove them. theyre part of your skin.
be sure your hair is nicely trimmed. especially if you go to a school which is strict in proper decorum (no longhair) a properly kept hair would be nice on you, whatever the color is.

Secondly a sun tan does wonders, it makes you look alive. If you anrt going on holiday then your best bet is to use some of that tinted moisturiser so as to give yourself more colour which will also reduce the contrast between your freckles and skin.
What you wear matters as well, however im not sure what would suit you, shirts always make you look older as well. Especially if they are long sleeved then you roll them up.

Good skin is very attractive. Even on fair-skin people, nice clean skin is very nice. So focus on that. Try to look neat %26amp; clean, figure out your best feature and focus on it. Slowly work on gaining some muscle, especially core muscles like back and abs. (which will help you stand up straight).
Finally, the sexiest thing is confidence, so try to view yourself in a good light. Find attractive %26#039;stars%26#039; who have similar features, and look at how they dress, etc.

start by making a wardrobe improvement you dont need to throw your old clothes, just improve them. you may keep the old but still wearable ones or buy additional clothes. clothes come and go. later, they become reto.
do not be conscious of your freckles coz you cant remove them. theyre part of your skin.
be sure your hair is nicely trimmed. especially if you go to a school which is strict in proper decorum (no longhair) a properly kept hair would be nice on you, whatever the color is.

I am of Spanish descent my grandmothers grandfather was pure Spanish I saw his children%26#039;s pictures (my great grandparents) and they look foreign the males have broad shoulders tall nose deep seated eyes and blondish hair. Our family was even able preserve my great great grandfathers rifle from the Spanish armada. I know his last name Dela riarte. I%26#039;ve got pale skin and tend to burn in the sun I%26#039;ve been on sunbeds before but stopped because my %26quot;sun bed%26quot; partner stopped so I didn%26#039;t bother with them.. aaanyway just wanting to know if I keep at the sunbeds will I eventually tan or is it the case of.. I will never tan? :-( .. Any advice would be great

Reply:i was the same way. i would burn really badly in the sun. but then i went tanning %26amp; the first few times, i burned, but then it turned into a tan. and now when i go tanning, i dont burn. i just tan. and when i go out in the sun now, i dont burn anymore either.
but, that might also just be for me. the best advice i can give is go a few times for like 7-10 mins and see what happens. if you start to tan, then keep going. but dont keep going if you just keep burning. and make sure you dont go every day. go every other day until you do (if you do) develop a tan.

I think you should try a peach-colored cream blush because it will look great and healthy with your hair and freckles. Remember, cream formula to look like a healthy natural flush. Also try a nude lip and some dark brown eyeliner with it. Very hot but natural.

Reply:Hello there, I would apply very light foundation like pale biscuit in the natural collection range or no.17 which can both be bought in boots the chemist. prices are very good especially for your age group.
apply a small amount of cream foundation ask for help in choosing colour, i would stick to natural colours with a little shimmer from the ranges above beige, sky blue/green. bronzer or blusher apply lightly. If your eyelashes are dark apply mascara not black but dark brown to complement your hair colour, or clear mascara is good too. lip gloss is good with colour raisin or pink shimmer to compliment your skin colour. Dont be shy to ask for advice from the beauty counters thats what the girls are there for, and you will leave the shop with great advice and with the products suited to you, im only going by what description of you complexion you have given me, i could do more if i seen you!! good luck mrs. and remember less is best, you can always apply more on, but it is alot harder to take off if you apply to heavy.

I think you should try a peach-colored cream blush because it will look great and healthy with your hair and freckles. Remember, cream formula to look like a healthy natural flush. Also try a nude lip and some dark brown eyeliner with it. Very hot but natural.

apply a small amount of cream foundation ask for help in choosing colour, i would stick to natural colours with a little shimmer from the ranges above beige, sky blue/green. bronzer or blusher apply lightly. If your eyelashes are dark apply mascara not black but dark brown to complement your hair colour, or clear mascara is good too. lip gloss is good with colour raisin or pink shimmer to compliment your skin colour. Dont be shy to ask for advice from the beauty counters thats what the girls are there for, and you will leave the shop with great advice and with the products suited to you, im only going by what description of you complexion you have given me, i could do more if i seen you!! good luck mrs. and remember less is best, you can always apply more on, but it is alot harder to take off if you apply to heavy.

How can I tan really fast outside in the sun? how long will it take?
I have somewhat pale skin. I want to know how to get a tan fast, but I don%26#039;t want the damage of tanning booths. I would use self-tanners but they never come out right and fade too quickly. Reply:You%26#039;re just like me. I live in a cloudy place, too. Well, what I do is I have a dark self-tanning lotion with SPF of 4, from Eckerds. (I got one w/o SPF once, bad idea.) Then, any time it%26#039;s sunny, I run to the upstairs %26quot;Yellow Room%26quot; that has lots of sun, open all the windows, and apply lotion. My skin%26#039;s already medium, but I want it tanned, so it takes a looooong while, seeing as how I only do it an hour at a time.
I read once you should try for 2 hrs/week. I%26#039;ve been doing that on and off since March, and just starting to get fairly dark. Barely, though. If you go out for 3 hrs, and you%26#039;re not used to it, fresh from winter - you get melodrama (sp?) and all that skin disease stuff.
So, just keep going out when it%26#039;s sunny, and you%26#039;ll eventually get tan. Unless you can afford lying out for 4 hours, do it slowly, and it%26#039;ll be better on your health. If you tan it slowly, it lasts longer, too. After ten minutes, the skin%26#039;s response to sun is to start tanning, but the color won%26#039;t come for a while.

Reply:You%26#039;re just like me. I live in a cloudy place, too. Well, what I do is I have a dark self-tanning lotion with SPF of 4, from Eckerds. (I got one w/o SPF once, bad idea.) Then, any time it%26#039;s sunny, I run to the upstairs %26quot;Yellow Room%26quot; that has lots of sun, open all the windows, and apply lotion. My skin%26#039;s already medium, but I want it tanned, so it takes a looooong while, seeing as how I only do it an hour at a time.
I read once you should try for 2 hrs/week. I%26#039;ve been doing that on and off since March, and just starting to get fairly dark. Barely, though. If you go out for 3 hrs, and you%26#039;re not used to it, fresh from winter - you get melodrama (sp?) and all that skin disease stuff.
So, just keep going out when it%26#039;s sunny, and you%26#039;ll eventually get tan. Unless you can afford lying out for 4 hours, do it slowly, and it%26#039;ll be better on your health. If you tan it slowly, it lasts longer, too. After ten minutes, the skin%26#039;s response to sun is to start tanning, but the color won%26#039;t come for a while.

I used to think that I needed to be complimented on my makeup, but it%26#039;s actually a much better compliment to have someone compliment your eyes. If someone not only notices, but is drawn to your eyes, you have perfect makeup. keep light shades on your lid and darker shades in the corners and crease to define. Try a soft pale pink, or beige with pink undertones for your lid. In the crease try a deep plum, or deep green to define. This can be used in the crease as well as a liner. Use a thin brush for liner. Wet the brush in the corner of your shadow make a %26quot;muddy%26quot; consistency to get a kind of liquid/gel liner. Keep the line as thin as possible on the inside of your eye and slightly thicker on the outside. Apply underneath lash as well, but keep it less defined on the bottom to keep more natural and more about your eyes. Use a dark brown mascara. You can use the same colors during day and night depending on how dark and smokey you apply the colors.

5. Then use a black liner and use inside and bottom of lower eyelid...make it a little more thick near the corner to blend in with the black shadow right above it
5.Lastly...Mascara ..1 or 2 coats depending on type of lashes...instant eye openers....
and that will give you a natural looking highlighter for thoes gorgeos brown eyes of yours....
if you want a more intense look...same instructions

The brighter colors really make our dark eyes POP! You may be afraid at first. Play around. Im sure youll love the result.

OK, I have a friend who has been sick for the last few days, she even stayed out of work once on the first day! Her symptoms:
~ Constant runny nose (VERY watery. Just flows out like water!)
~ Wicked dry lips.
~ Pale skin
~ Sore throat
~ Ears keep popping
~ Someimes dizzy
~ Has sneeze attacks! (Sneezes 5-8 times in a row!)
She started out with a really bad case of the flu, then the flu went to a fever, then the fever to strep throat and cold. The symtoms about are about her right now.

since this is my last resort for oppinions, which is better?

i have dark hazel eyes (golden dark blonde hair %26amp; sort of pale skin), so dark that they look brown unless you look really really close to my face, then they look like vomit brown/green with a sort of red-blended circle around the pupils. i also have huge eyes so that%26#039;s the first thing people see. i want colored contacts and i am really set on it so dont tell me i shouldnt get them or its fake blah blah, i dont care, im getting them. now too the stuff i want to know..

I have the sapphire blue contacts. and i really like them. I originally have dark green eyes and blonde hair, but the coloured contacts really cover my green eyes, plus i also have big eyes. So now when people look at me they are like WOW! is that your natural eye colour? It just basically really makes your eyes pop and it looks really cool. Plus, they dont bother the eyes and are just comfortable. They%26#039;re like your basic contact lens. Plus, you can totally ask your eye doctor for different shades that you can try on, if you order them on-line you can always send them back for a different colour.
P.S. Mine dont look fake unless you look EXTREMELY close you can see the little pixels.

I have dark curly brown hair, pale skin, and dark brown eyes. My dress is black with red accents.
What should I do for make up? Its going to have to last around 6 hours..... Can you help with that too?

if the dress is backless or sort of low cut, put your hair up in a messy bun! Major sexy alert! For your make up (I wsh you had included a picture) since yo have brown eyes, do a light purple on your lid, and then a darker purple on the outside corners of your eyes (I suggest Almay Play Up collection in brown) and put white shadow on the inner corners.
For cheeks, do a rosy red to contrast with your skin, and lips- a pretty pinkish nude lipstick with sheer pink lipgloss!

for eyes, id do a dark brown mascara, then sweep a light pale brown eyeshadow from lashes to brow, then a medium sparkly brown shadow from lashes to crease and then get a raisin brown sort of color (i have almay %26quot;bring out the green%26quot; u might want to get the %26quot;bring out the brown%26quot; eyeliner) and line ur eyes like u normally would, i dont no ur eye shape so yep
and then put just like a sweep of bronzer to accentuate ur jawline, and then get a orange/pink sort of peachy? lipgloss. im not sure with the color, since ur dress has red accents but yeah its complicated?
id leave your hair down, curls are absolutely gorgeous!!!!
Reply:I agree, you should try a salon but bring in pictures from a magazine or the Internet so the stylest knows what you want. you might also ask her/him for some suggestions. as for makeup, leave it to the pros, a salon is the best way to go with this.. have fun at the formal!
Reply:lips: sheer lip gloss.... it%26#039;s like $6 from bath and body works. or try a coffee-colored or pink lip gloss... sheer would probably work best tho. and keep it with you all night, because you%26#039;re going to have to reapply
lightly apply a teensy bit of blush to your cheeks: just brush a bit on top of your cheek bones, *nowhere else*
eyes:
option one
if you have time and money enough to go to the mall, go to sephora or nordstrom and find the %26quot;two-faced%26quot; or %26quot;urban decay%26quot; part of the store.... get DARK BLUE glittery eyeliner. if not, just wear a blue eyeliner, starting about two-thirds from the center of your eyelid on the top and working out, and about halfway on the bottom lid to the outer edge of your eye. then find a light blue eyeshadow and a dark blue eyeshadow.... put a bit of the dark blue on the bottom half of your top eyelid i.e. where your crease is, then put the light blue all the way up to your eyebrow... and obviously blend the two
option two:
wear black eyeliner, apply it the same as you would the blue, but wear a grey, smoky eyeshadow... initially apply it over the outer half of your eye, then fade it in toward the center
HAIR
just find a big hair clip, put a light mousse in your hair, then style it up in a high french twist. if you don%26#039;t know how to do this, grab all your hair in the back, twist it around as if you%26#039;re starting to make a bun, and fold it up so the curls are spilling off the top of your head. then clip it with your clip and make sure your curls cover the clip....
if you have time to find hair ornaments, go to a drug store or something like that, and try to find these little jewels you %26quot;screw%26quot; into your hair.... you kind of twist them in and they%26#039;ll stay in all night.... they instantly make your hair look kick-A

Then put some light non oily cream very lightly all over ur face. Then dab (key word-dab) some light cream foundation under ur eyes and on ur eyelids. i suggest almay clean and clear in a light tone. then lightly smudge the brown eyepencil all over ur eyelid and blend with ur finger. curl ur eyelashes after putting some black brown mascara on. for 20 seconds.
put some foundation on the out side of ur lips...like on ur lips. then rub it in really good and put some vaseline on ur lips. the most natural looking thing for lipgloss.
for hair...I%26#039;m not really sure how long or how curly ur hair is...
but to tame the friz..(if you want to leave ur hair down) curl it with a curling iron. how to? ok. normally think about how people curl their hair. it%26#039;s usually in riglets or something like that. curl (in ringlets) the left side under...and the right side up. that way it goes out from ur face. very pretty. sorry if you don%26#039;t understand the hair thing but i hope the makeup helped!!
