Well, I have some tips for you! Since you seem to have a nice, fair complexion, I would immediatly stay away from dark, bright colors.
Dark red, black, blue, green, brown, purple are all out of the question, unless they are very light.
EYES: For you eyes I%26#039;d usea a pale green/blue eyeshadow, but just a swipe or to on the lid, and not under the eyebrow.
I would not use eyeliner if I were you, because it will make your eyes appear smaller! You CAN use mascara for blondes though! You can ask for it at your local stores makeup counter. White eyeliner you can try to use, but only a little and in the corners of your eyes.
CHEEKS: I would no try to hide your freckles unless they cover your whole face. Then I would use a light powder foundation, not the gooey kind. Maybe you can tey mousse from Maybelline. Also, do NOT put much blush. I%26#039;d only wear blush only holidays, prom, etc. You will look funny!
LIPS: I would NOT wear lipliner or lipstick, but a nice light lipgloss. Nothing to dark, though.

How old are you? I would go as basic as possible. Go with black eyeliner, curl your eyelashes, a little shimmer on the cheeks and some colorful chapstick.

Reply:Probably nothing to harsh. black eyeliner could easily look to harsh if you have fair skin. try a brown or navy blue liner. some blush (and bronzer if needed) if you have good skin just keep it simple with some concealer. you could do just about anything with the eyes. try some green shadow to make the eyes pop. but not a gross alien color please.

Reply:you should check out the Almay eye shadow ..they have a special eyeshadow palette for what eye color you have. and for eyeliner...dont use black its too intense for your overall complexion, instead use a brown or dark brown. use either blush or bronzer that has shimmer in it. and either dark brown or black mascara. and a peach colored or berry colored lipgloss for lips, or clear.

Lips: A strong lip color can overwhelm your features if not chosen correctly. Look for berry shades and “true” reds; that is, reds with blue undertones. For a softer look, peachy colors and beige lipsticks with pink undertones work well for fair skin. Almost all major cosmetic companies offer a variety of lipstick colors which look great on your skin tone.
As far as foundation goes, I would wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing. You can buy a sheer coverage foundation that will somewhat hide your freckles, but not look thick or “caked on”. Foundation basically is used to even out your skin tone and cover any imperfections you may have on your face. If you feel more comfortable with just powder then you should go with that option.

How do you get the perfect Tan?
I have got very pale skin which burns easy. I would like to get a tan, I dont like sunbeds as i dont like small places. Also everytime that i have used fake tan it has gone terribly wrong. Please help!! X X X

I used to be pretty pail. my skin tone was natural ivory but then I used some self tanner that was really good I wish I could remember the name of it to recommend it to you, but anyway I went tanning about once a week for a short time and I very slowly increased my time but what really got it was when I was at the pool and I got burned I was red for three days and then It became a tan and it is so much easier to tan and get darker once you already have a tan

What i started to do was to get some sun on me, but use a tanning creme when i went in the sun.. it was called %26quot;sex pot%26quot; and you can get it at most tanning salon. After using that, I started to do stand-up tanning in the tanning salons, because you can keep the doors open a bit ...depending on how claustrophobic you are. I would go 15 minutes at a time, and then worked up my minutes from there. this helps you get the base coat so you wont burn. After that, this year I can go out in the sun and get a tan without burning. Try this, and see if it helps!

St Tropez and Fake Bake are the only ones worth the hassle. With spray on tans it develops over a few hours and your done, fair enough, but with most of them you cant see where your putting it, so you can easily miss bits.
With St Topez it%26#039;s best to do it at night, sleep in it and have a shower in the morning. It%26#039;s a really dark colour so you can see exactly where you%26#039;ve put it, and it doesnt streak, as long as your covered from head to toe you%26#039;ll be a gorgeous brown colour. You look like a twat when you%26#039;ve applied it because it dries streaky, but trust me that%26#039;s meant to happen!
You%26#039;ll also need to buy the polisher and moisturiser, as a lot of people use all sorts of exfoliators and creams, then wonder why their tan goes a funny colour, or comes off all together.
Best bet, have St Tropez in a salon, maybe just on your legs, ask them lots of questions, or buy the video to see how its done.
Oh, and there are some wicked e-bay shops selling the moisturiser and polisher cheap, but get the tan from boots

dont go black!!! lol i%26#039;m the same way and i looked all washed out...lighter browns looked great on me...reds were iffy..i liked it..but it was a toss up with my friends...try lighter brown with blonde tones in it!!!! but remember if you go too dark..your eyebrows might look odd and you%26#039;ll have to deal with that too....and um..dont let your friends do you hair! that leads to problems

Hi, I think you should try A dark brown eyeshadow and then put over some creamy color eyeshadow over that. Then Get black eyeliner and put it almost right on top of your eyelashes at the top of your eye (NOT the bottom the top) Then get black mascara and put it on both the bottom and the top of your eyelashes. Then for your lips put some lip balm on first and then some gloss over that. Also when your done that put the color of your skins conceler under your eyes for any dark spots if any.

Reply:For one, because you have kind of greenish eyes (I%26#039;m a green-eyed girl myself) eyeshadow that is a greyish purple (think lavender flowers) will really make your eyes pop. Throw on some black mascara and you%26#039;re good to go. Because you have dramatically colored hair compared to your skin tone, and cool colored eyes, I would play up the eye make up and go pretty neutral on the lipstick. It would give you a dramatic look. :)

Reply:Well, eyeliner is a must, without seeing you for real I dont know if it would look better thick or thin, you should probably use brown, and brown mascara. but green eyeshadow seems like it would go nicely with your eyes or a pink color. since you are so pale use a bronzer as well, makes you look very nice(i am SO pale and I use bronzer almost everyday because I think I look sick without it. also there are some eyeshadow sticks you can buy at walmart, i think they are maybelline. they have many different colors. and they are DURABLE it will stay on all day and eyeshadow stays on well if you put it on top of that. that will give you beautiful eyes, and kind of make you look exotic:) and blush and lip gloss are musts as well :) have fun

Reply:Ok, you should go with a median Blue, because from the sound of the description, or, another good color would be a gray, that would be a really good color. Wear some Black mascara. Mascara is always good. Also, dont forget the eyeliner!

Reply:You might want to steer clear of the blue eye makeup. No offense to everyone who suggested it, but in the cosmetic classes I%26#039;ve taken %26amp; numerous makeovers I%26#039;ve given, blue almost always looks fake %26amp; unattractive. A bit too %26#039;80%26#039;s, even the nice shades.
I agree about the smokey eye effect. Take a charcoal or dark brown eye liner and apply it to your lower lid %26amp; upper lid. Then use a sponge or Q-Tip to blend %26amp; soften the liner under your eye. After doing that, apply the same liner to that little white line right under your eyeball. For a shadow, try to find a mushroom or deep grey shade %26amp; apply it to your upper lid. Make sure you go a little PAST the crease in your upper lid, as it will look too severe if you stop there. Try to follow the natural bone shape of your upper eye. Then use a soft, lighter shade to highlight just under your brow. If you use a very neutral, candelight shadow to highlight your brow line, you can use a little more to highlight the top of your cheek bones where they curve up to your temple.
Most of all though, have fun w/ it!! Don%26#039;t forget a neutral gloss %26amp; lipliner.

Then Get black eyeliner and put it almost right on top of your eyelashes at the top of your eye (NOT the bottom the top) Then get black mascara and put it on both the bottom and the top of your eyelashes. Then for your lips put some lip balm on first and then some gloss over that. Also when your done that put the color of your skins conceler under your eyes for any dark spots if any.

Reply:You might want to steer clear of the blue eye makeup. No offense to everyone who suggested it, but in the cosmetic classes I%26#039;ve taken %26amp; numerous makeovers I%26#039;ve given, blue almost always looks fake %26amp; unattractive. A bit too %26#039;80%26#039;s, even the nice shades.
I agree about the smokey eye effect. Take a charcoal or dark brown eye liner and apply it to your lower lid %26amp; upper lid. Then use a sponge or Q-Tip to blend %26amp; soften the liner under your eye. After doing that, apply the same liner to that little white line right under your eyeball. For a shadow, try to find a mushroom or deep grey shade %26amp; apply it to your upper lid. Make sure you go a little PAST the crease in your upper lid, as it will look too severe if you stop there. Try to follow the natural bone shape of your upper eye. Then use a soft, lighter shade to highlight just under your brow. If you use a very neutral, candelight shadow to highlight your brow line, you can use a little more to highlight the top of your cheek bones where they curve up to your temple.
Most of all though, have fun w/ it!! Don%26#039;t forget a neutral gloss %26amp; lipliner.

I was in my old hometown in Alaska. I was walking with my parents thru town.(im 14) My cousins and sister were there and we were pulling my little sister in a wagon. Also, their was a cute guy there...didnt know his name or who he was...but in the dream we were really close. I%26#039;m VERY white. I mean i%26#039;m whiter than most really white people. I am a blue eyed girl and that seems to go with pale skin in my family. I tried a tanning bed I come out pink and then I just burn and peel its terrible.

Although it works best if you lay out a little and get a base tan from the sun, if you rub it over your body, within a week you will notice that you look slightly darker. It has not made me look orange in the least bit. Just keep in mind that if you stop using it, you are back at square one, so it is best to use it every day. Good Luck!

The perfect color is pink... not like a sixteenth b-day dress, though, but a dress , a long dress. A long pink dress and high heels is the perfect combination, strapless and with a good lace, not too big on the back!

One day my friend and I were talking and she said that I was too skinny and that I needed to gain at least a good 20lbs. or else guys won%26#039;t like me. I am 5%26quot;3 and 83lbs and 14. despite my height, I actually have a very small frame and pale skin. I was never very curvy (damn genes) but I guess you could call me an hourglass shape. What color hilites or lowlites w/ black hair?
I have dark brown asian hair %26amp; pale skin. I recently got it cut in short choppy layers w/ bangs like 1st pic and I was thinking about getting hilights in a blondish brown or reddish brown color but I don%26#039;t want it to contrast too much. I never dyed my hair b4 my parents wouldnt let me get it dyed too much. I originally really wanted something like the 1st pic but it would look weird for an asian kid to have mostly blonde hair. So maybe if the color was changed? I dont wanna dye the whole top 2 much in a diff color

I AGREE WITH LIL%26#039;MAMMA!!!!! red high lights fade really quickly and look awful. go for warm caramel colours, have them put in just under the top layer of your hair that way when your hair grows you cant see the roots therefore you wont have to have it done so often saving you money!!!! my dad is asian so i have almost black hair and warm browny caramel colours always look really nice. good luck babe xx

First of all if do you have dark hazel eyes or lighter hazel? If they are darker I would go with a light brown or very light gray eye shadow with a light brown eyeliner. If your eyes are light go with a more darker brown eye shadow or medium gray with a dark brown eyeliner.
Also when you do eye shadow if you really want to make them stand out put a deeper brown right above your eyeliner then put your lighter brown right above it and last but not least put a very light color above that (almost to your eyebrow). Just make sure to blend them so you don%26#039;t have fine lines between each.I like using the brown because if you have dark brown hair it really comppliment it. Just experiment a little. Maybe drag your eyeshadow out from your eye a little..........just DON%26#039;T over do it. Make sure to rub it in!!!!! Hope this helps!!!!

First of all if do you have dark hazel eyes or lighter hazel? If they are darker I would go with a light brown or very light gray eye shadow with a light brown eyeliner. If your eyes are light go with a more darker brown eye shadow or medium gray with a dark brown eyeliner.
Also when you do eye shadow if you really want to make them stand out put a deeper brown right above your eyeliner then put your lighter brown right above it and last but not least put a very light color above that (almost to your eyebrow). Just make sure to blend them so you don%26#039;t have fine lines between each.I like using the brown because if you have dark brown hair it really comppliment it. Just experiment a little. Maybe drag your eyeshadow out from your eye a little..........just DON%26#039;T over do it. Make sure to rub it in!!!!! Hope this helps!!!!

Okay so. My hair is naturally dark brown. I dye it frequently. I usually stay with darker colors because I think they%26#039;re more flattering for me. Right now my hair is jet black. I really want to go blonde, but the closest I%26#039;ve ever gone was a color so terrible that the only thing I can really compare it to is the color of cat pee. I have pale skin and freckles and green eyes. I really want to bleach my hair blonde and maybe add some black (highlights, tips, the underneath, etc... I%26#039;ve seen so many bad dye jobs on girls who wanted to be platinum blonde. To get the entire thing one blonde color you will need to use the real type of bleach that comes in 4 strengths you get at a beauty supply store. So yes, it is possible to do, but only you can decide if your capable. If it%26#039;s a money issue, I say just get it done by a pro, or even go to the school youll be attending if they have an actual teaching salon, it will help you check out the school and get your hair done all in one trip.

I%26#039;m going to be in %26quot;The Sound of Music%26quot; at my middle school. I%26#039;m the second oldest daughter. I know how to apply regular makeup really well, it%26#039;s just stage makeup up I don%26#039;t know how to. stick to black for liner and mascara, because you want the intensity of the color to show up. you may also want to draw on brows if yours are not pronounced.
be sure to wear something long-lasting or wear a primer under it all so the stage lights don%26#039;t make you sweat it all off.
i promise it is not hard, and it does not have to be very pretty upclose. take pictures in a trial run to see how it looks.

I%26#039;ll give you my best answer for each of your things:
Flat stomach: Unless you want to spend endless hours doing sit-ups, my best advice is to workout your entire body! Many exercises not only work your legs and butt (for example) they also work your stomach muscles!
Height: You%26#039;re probably still growing, so don%26#039;t even think about messing any of those pills that supposedly make you taller. Your number one thing should be posture! Bring your shoulders back, suck in your stomach (also great for flat stomach) and squeeze your butt. Also, try wearing outfits that don%26#039;t cut your body in half (like high belts). BTW, Heels are your best friend!
Hair: It sounds gorgeous already! However, please, NEVER, NEVER, dye your hair! Red hair is really damage prone, so you must take good care of it. However if you want to boost your color, try John Frieda or Pantene%26#039;s line for reds. Also, be sure to deep condition once a week. As for hair cuts, depending on thick it is, layers and bangs are amazing. If it鈥檚 thick, keep your hair long, but to lighten it up, put in some choppy, face-framing layers. Some side-sweeping bangs are also great, especially if you have a long forehead. However if it%26#039;s thin don%26#039;t be afraid to chop it all off (especially if you really want some attention!) The bob is huge this season! Just look at Keira Knightley, Victoria Beckham, or Naomi Campbell. They all rock the bob. And if you want bangs make them strong and weighty. Wispy ones simply look old-fashioned. And unlike popular belief, they are incredibly versatile. Au natural, Shaken up (dry shampoo), or sleeked back (gel), it is absolutely classy.
Legs: Besides working out (running gave me kick-a** legs) try Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer in Firming and Light. It gives your skin that hint of glow and also firms skin (that%26#039;s just so you don%26#039;t get your mother%26#039;s legs.)
Make-up: Guys love it natural, so go as natural as possible. Stick with mascara, concealer that matches your skin tone if you have some zits, a hint of blush, and tinted lip-gloss. I also recommend tinted moisturizer, which is great for a more even skin tone. If you鈥檙e looking for more, Allure Magazine has some great tips.
My last thing is that you portray yourself as a new, confident, mature, young woman to your peers. I did that last year as I transferred schools because I didn%26#039;t want to be the shy bookworm anymore and everything else, the hair, the clothes, the body, seemed to come naturally. I%26#039;ll give you my best answer for each of your things:
Flat stomach: Unless you want to spend endless hours doing sit-ups, my best advice is to workout your entire body! Many exercises not only work your legs and butt (for example) they also work your stomach muscles!
Height: You%26#039;re probably still growing, so don%26#039;t even think about messing any of those pills that supposedly make you taller. Your number one thing should be posture! Bring your shoulders back, suck in your stomach (also great for flat stomach) and squeeze your butt. Also, try wearing outfits that don%26#039;t cut your body in half (like high belts). BTW, Heels are your best friend!
Hair: It sounds gorgeous already! However, please, NEVER, NEVER, dye your hair! Red hair is really damage prone, so you must take good care of it. However if you want to boost your color, try John Frieda or Pantene%26#039;s line for reds. Also, be sure to deep condition once a week. As for hair cuts, depending on thick it is, layers and bangs are amazing. If it鈥檚 thick, keep your hair long, but to lighten it up, put in some choppy, face-framing layers. Some side-sweeping bangs are also great, especially if you have a long forehead. However if it%26#039;s thin don%26#039;t be afraid to chop it all off (especially if you really want some attention!) The bob is huge this season! Just look at Keira Knightley, Victoria Beckham, or Naomi Campbell. They all rock the bob. And if you want bangs make them strong and weighty. Wispy ones simply look old-fashioned. And unlike popular belief, they are incredibly versatile. Au natural, Shaken up (dry shampoo), or sleeked back (gel), it is absolutely classy.
Legs: Besides working out (running gave me kick-a** legs) try Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer in Firming and Light. It gives your skin that hint of glow and also firms skin (that%26#039;s just so you don%26#039;t get your mother%26#039;s legs.)
Make-up: Guys love it natural, so go as natural as possible. Stick with mascara, concealer that matches your skin tone if you have some zits, a hint of blush, and tinted lip-gloss. I also recommend tinted moisturizer, which is great for a more even skin tone. If you鈥檙e looking for more, Allure Magazine has some great tips.
My last thing is that you portray yourself as a new, confident, mature, young woman to your peers. I did that last year as I transferred schools because I didn%26#039;t want to be the shy bookworm anymore and everything else, the hair, the clothes, the body, seemed to come naturally. About the hair im not much into red hair if i was you ill dye the hair and get like a nice brown with some highlight but ur kinda young for that!!!! also get some layers in ur hair and probaly a side bang ull look pretty

So, I%26#039;m fifteen and I have purpleish circles under my eyes. I%26#039;m told that I need more sleep, but I just can%26#039;t get to sleep earlier, I%26#039;m usually asleep between 12:00am, and 1:00am, and then I have to wake up for school at 6:45am. If anyone knows any ways to get rid of these circles I%26#039;d be grateful. Pale skin and dark purply circles just doesn%26#039;t look right to me. Thanks.

You are right about dark colours, they will make your eyes appear smaller, unless you learn how to blend: For dramatic eyes, use a black shadow blended with grey and follow with a pearly white towards the top of your lid. Using eyelash curlers will also give you that doe-eyed look.

This is the first time i%26#039;ve asked a question!!
Basically, at the moment - I have brunette hair, with bits of blonde in it - though it is growing out quite quick. It is now about 3%26quot; below my shoulders. I have quite a pale skin tone, with blue eyes.
My Boyfriend has suggested I have a new hair style to get over a painful couple of months, the start of a new me maybe! .. But i don%26#039;t know WHO to ask for advice.. I don%26#039;t trust my mothers advice lol.
I dont mind having a frindge - not got one at the moment. It has to be slightly presentable within 10 minutes of getting up i nthe morning, but have the ability to spend ages and look amazing for nights out! ... also i have a budget of 5.00 per normal week (can invest 50.00 initally) on keeping it up!

Having a new style that suits you depends on a lot of things, the condition of your hair, your face shape, how much time to have to do it in the morning etc. I couldn%26#039;t really advise you without seeing and feeling your hair.
The best person to ask is a professional and talented hairdresser. If you know one you can trust then go to them. If not then stop a person you see in the the street who has lovely styled hair and ask them where it was done and the name of the individual hairdresser. Most people will be flattered and be happy to tell you. If not then ask someone else. If you can%26#039;t do this then make an appointment with a reputable chain like Tony and Guy. Even if you have to pay a lot for this first appointment it will be worth it because then you can go to a cheaper salon next time and ask them to replicate the cut.
Make an appointment to see the hairdresser and specifiy that you need a restyle. Tell the hairdresser everything you can think of, whta you%26#039;re willing to do and what you aren%26#039;t and ask them to advise what the best style and cut will be for you. Trust their judgement, (unless they advise something super radical).
Once it%26#039;s cut well it%26#039;s will be much easier to maintain, style and also to get cut the next time. Invest some time and money now and it will be easy and cheaper in future. Good luck!

Well, first, I don%26#039;t think bangs are gonna work out for your long hair. If the blonde is going, I say put it back in well some maroon and rad shades, but don%26#039;t go crazy or you%26#039;ll look like a freak!!!
Then, yeah defo a fringe totally. But get it to curve out, dont get a dead straight one!
And layer it to get that perfect look!

Reply:I think i would go with the idea of your boyfriends, the concave bob, its a little longer at the front than the back, it looks really nice too, you wont need products to keep it styled either. If your looking for colour, i would stay away from the blonde, perhaps add a little red , purple or even blue to the underneath, that Way you won%26#039;t see the roots when it starts to grow out, plus those sorts of colours are all the rage at the moment, everyone that comes into our salon are having jazzy colours and different styles of the bob....

well if you have freckles ,you can use shimmer foundation, like it will be..........um when putting the foundation thier will be a sprakle ,on your freckles that will loook really good on you ,and if i were you you should do this to the eyes.
eyeshadow:choose a general color(red,blue green etc..) and have three different colors of same family(light meduim,dark)then choose the light color one,and glide it gently by your lashes(it is okay to get the powder on your lashes) if you are having truoble ask a parent (a mom) or friend,to do what you say! then when you are done gliding,(when you glide use the edge line,of the foam eyeshadow tool) so when you are done,take the meduim,and make it a little think of a color,on your second layer.when you are done,take abrush and gently glide it on your color(i said gently) it will look mush better,and then take the dark one,and gently put on top ,of the both colors(if you think it looks to much,take the brush and glide on the colors,it will look cute(if you don%26#039;t like the way i%26#039;m saying it,just take on color,you like,and make it small,so only a little part can see,so you look natural) NOW YOU CAN take the mascara and and slowly swip the BLACK mascara,if want to look natural ,don%26#039;t put on the bottem!
eyeliner: if eyeshadow is not your thing,or if you like eyeshadow,and want to put eyeliner, you still will look good! (i prefer,to put little eyeliner,if putting eyeshadow,but if you are not putting eyeshadow make it a little thiker.now take the black eyeliner pencil,and line it close to your lash line as possible.draw it by your inner eye,thin and as you go further,make it thiker.make sure it is a qauter of an inch,then,use the eyeliner,and trace over it,and extend it after the quater inch line,and don%26#039;t curve it up,it will curve by it self when eye%26#039;s are lift.
lips:when having those lips that never work for you , you can change that ,by really caring for them use Carmax lip balm ,and keep it on everyday ,even when going to bed to your lips have a smooth texture!,then when your lips are smooth as ever,you can just put a lipgloss you love ,like clear lip gloss ,which is never out of style.but if you really want to look good ,take a lipstick that you really love ,i think berry red lipstck or warm brown color is good for you ,and then just pick a lipstick that works for you,next put daps of it on your lips ,and,make sure you don%26#039;t put alot of daos,now take your finger and rub the lipstick you put on ,and spread it ,next take clear lipgloss ,and spread it over the lipstick ,you loook great ! and you have hate this idea you can sooooo take the lipstick you like and put it on , like you do regulery,and just make sure it sticks to your lipstck by putting powder on lips before evn putting lipstick!!!!!!!!!!!

mac is the best. try a soft pink eyeshadow that will look good on your brown eyes and buy a makeup that maches your skin tone, one that as good coverage if you want to cover your freckles. and light pink blush looks good on pale skin

That looks so unnatural unless you get perfect coverage on them, and then it will require a highly pigmented and fairly thick product that is hard for many people to perfectly blend into the skin.
Subtle reddish brown, clay-ish colors look great on lips since they%26#039;re coordinated with your hair color, with a little gloss. Try subtle colors on the eyes and go for *warm*. Don%26#039;t do blues or greens.
Try adding a little cheek color-- depending on the ruddiness (redness) of your complexion, you will have to determine a color. Pale skin doesn%26#039;t usually look good with heavy colors designed for tan skin, so pick an appropriate one. If you have a lot of flush in your cheeks naturally, you may not want to use cheek color at all.
Use a tiny bit of dark brown eyeliner smudged out the outer part of your lower lash line if you want.
Double coat with black mascara.
MAC makes great makeup all around. Smashbox also makes killer makeup. If you%26#039;re going for cheap, La Femme products are like 2 bux a pop for eyeshadow if you can find them, and they are very true colors.
A tube of vaseline lip balm is often enough to get a nice shine on the lips without look slimy and overdone.

With brown eyes you can get by with sparkles Rimmel London has sparkly tick pencil eye liner you can uses eye shadows the light blue will work as well, stay with pastels will work. For cheeks either a sparkly bronzer, physician formula again has a good one with multi color strips in a light bronzer or dark, go with the light one and you can use the lightest gold on for a highlighter. Also I suggest a pink/red blush put on lightly for a natural redden for winter.

With brown eyes you can get by with sparkles Rimmel London has sparkly tick pencil eye liner you can uses eye shadows the light blue will work as well, stay with pastels will work. For cheeks either a sparkly bronzer, physician formula again has a good one with multi color strips in a light bronzer or dark, go with the light one and you can use the lightest gold on for a highlighter. Also I suggest a pink/red blush put on lightly for a natural redden for winter.

Reply:I would suggest Covergirl. They have makeup in every shade to match every skin tone. Definitely get foundation, and experience with blushes and eyeshadow until you find your tones. Good luck!!! By the way, Covergirl is also cheap.
