Which dress should I wear?

I asked this question before but I would appreciate a few more answers .. I still haven%26#039;t quite made up my mind yet :)


I picked out two dresses for my best friends sweet 16 .. which one do you like better? Or if you have any websites that have cuter and same price range dresses send it to me please.

I am going to have to pick the one from JC Penny.....not only is it cuter but I have purchased clothing from Frederick%26#039;s before and the quality is HORRIBLE. You can also tell from the pic that the red dress has a top that might not fit properly....you know the kind of dress you will be %26quot;adjusting%26quot; all night! Go with the White one...........
