Lipstick color?

What color lipstick would look best with pale skin and dark brown hair. I%26#039;ve tried a lot of colors and I can%26#039;t find one that looks good.. should I go more towards the reds or pinks? thanks for the help.

Try Clinique lipstick in a pinkish nudish color. Or for alittle darker choice, try Revlon%26#039;s Toast of New York- it%26#039;s sort of brownish reddish color...it%26#039;s a great color. Either one of those colors would look great with your skin and hair

Reply:light pinks sheer/matte. try stuff from MAC, Clinique, Neutrogena lipsheers untill u find the right one. MAC and Clinique r sorta expensive so dont b afraid to try the testers b4 finding the perfect one!
Reply:like you, i am pale skinned. i would definately stay away from the reds, because that just makes you look more pale than you already are. you should go for the peaches and the pinks, in my oppinion, that looks much better.
Reply:I have a similar situation as yours in the winter, like right now, and I would probably go with some redish-pink, more towards the red/burgundy, with no eye makeup or very minimal mascara and eyeliner... it looks very classy especially with the dark hair. I love it like that. I find that pinky colors just wash you out more.

If you have larger lips, use muted shades of these colors. If your lips are thin, use lighter shades.
Reply:i thiknk strawberry, raspberry, or something like that. Definately not brown, deep red or black. I%26#039;d say clear gloss works for everyone!
