i have very pale skin, dark-ish brown hair ( alittle bit of blonde highlights in the sun) and brown eyes

Blonde can work on anyone, just go to a respectable hair stylist and about what shade would flatter you most. I've seen it look natural on so many skin types. If you can't visit a stylist, I gradually work in some highlights over about 3 months so it's not so sudden and harsh.

Yes it would but make sure to bleach your hair first and do the same to your eyebrows because if not you would look a bit.... you know..

Reply:no, keep it dark. Works well with your brown eyes. If you do decide to try it out, go with a temporary dye to see if you like it first.
