Brains always win. Would you rather be considered cool or earn a nice fat paycheck? If you are trying to convince someone you are smart...use spell check.

Are you trying to say that you are really smart? Apparently your intelligence doesn't translate well to typing.
Reply:Cool has nothing to do with intelligence. Cool is the way you handle things. Some people coudn't be cool if you air dropped them into Antartica.
Reply:The main thing is to be yourself but do not refer to yourself in the 3rd person, that is kind of creepy... do not say things like "wears transparent glasses". How could people not like you and not think that you are cool? I bet we would be good friends. Your awareness shows that you are cool. Cool is within you. Be who you are and let the chips fall where they may! The cool people will gravitate towards you.





OK if that does not work then you have two choices!





Choice one- Never let people know you are smart, act "average" in intelligence. Pretend that you have an IQ of about 95. Do not use words over one or two syllables if you can help it. I suffered from your problem for years. I was way smarter than the average bear (people around me). People thought I was nice but weird, too smart. People began to think I was cool when I acted just as dumb as they were.





Choice two- Associate with excellence. Find people like you and be cool in a nerd kind of way. Only use words over two syllables if you can. Other nerds will be impressed with your brain. Hang around museums and wine and cheese parties.

Reply:Uhh, I think you need to look up the word cool, then the word smart. Then reconsider this question and the manner in which you posed it.
