I have fiery red hair with pale skin.
What color highlights should i get or should i get any?
hi

well if you have red hair i would probably suggest a...

caramel brown with blonde higlights

look through some magazines
What color highlights should i get or should i get any?
I think some blonde highlights would look good on red hair.
Reply:I have a darker shade of red hair and fairly pale skin too. I just got a coppery colored highlights and they were okay. But in the sun they got lighter and I dont like them so much anymore. I like my darker color better. But it all depends on what you want! Talk to a stylist, too. They usually have good tips.
Reply:dark brown. blonde on red just makes light bright glowy orange. dk brown lowlights would be pretty and healthier than high lights.
Reply:you don't need highlights at all but if it was me i wud put black through it so it gave contrast nothing normal and like everyone else I'd rather be different
Reply:i have a few frinds that have red hair and they don't have any highlighs but i always love there hair and the way it looks so really i don't think u should ur hair looks good the way it is!
Reply:Something like this ( http://teamsugar.com/files/images/hair.j... ) would be very striking. Of course don't chunk in such thick highlights. It will look amazing in thinner streaks.

I really love Amber Glaze from L'Oreal's Highlight Styliste collection. It's a gorgeous color, and if you're looking to do it yourself, it couldn't get easier. But Feria is my favorite dye in the world... It's very good to your hair - and I dye mine a lot! If you want to be the coolest ever and go with one of their dyes... Well, if I was doing your hair, I'd use Blush Blonde.

I'll stop lusting after a new hairstyle now...

Basically, anything amber or caramel colored would be absolutely stunning with red hair if you can do it right. And with such fair skin, putting in darker streaks will just overpower your face.
Reply:I suggest you don't do it yourself. Go to your hairdressers and ask them to do it. They will give you advice on what colours would be could. Personally id choose colours that are the same colour as your naturual hair colour. Say a couple of darker shades and a couple of lighter shades
Reply:Fiery red hair with pale skin is a gorgeous combination what I recommend is that you tune up your red hair by using a two step system with an all over color plus highlights trust me this will look great. What I recommend is using the Loreal Couleur expert this is a great product which gives you multitonal color exactly where you want it. My recommendation is that you go a lighter shade of red. Think Marcia Cross from desperate housewives. So the best shade for you is the loreal coloeur 6.6 Warm Cherry Cordial Bright Auburn this is a beautiful color which gives you a more vibrant lighter shade of red plus golden reddish highlights this product will give you very beautiful subtle and natural looking results. To keep your haircolor vibrant what I recommend is using the John Frieda Radiant Red Collection shampoo conditoner plus colorglaze for brighter more vivid shades of red hair. With these tips you will have beautiful salon quality hair.
Reply:Don't go with blond because it will come out all funky looking, go with a darker color, a dark brown, if you arn't chicken black, people in California have colors like black and yellow, pink and red, purple and black, It is kind of popular to put multipul colors in your hair!
Reply:me too!

I put multiple colors of blondes and multiple colors of coppers and red violets, get a dynamite colorist and you will love it.....going lighter in the spring and darker in the fall........

Red heads look great with mix of high and low lights.....
Reply:i think highlights should be of rainbow colours like seven colours .

or you can find on net by visiting the website

Reply:first you have to ask yourself if you are ready for the commitment of keeping these highlights up, then if you decide that you are i would recommend a mocha and blonde
Reply:i think u shouldn't get any highlight.....
