How do I make my cheeks blush nataurally?

I have pale skin with an olive tone. I use blush, but I'm tired of it - I just wish there was a way to get naturally pink, fresh looking cheeks. Without like ..scrubbing it off.... Please, help! Thanks :)

Make sure you exfoliate your face at least once a week, and eat healthy. Get exercise (cardio) to get a healthy glow on your face. I know you are sick of blush, but benefit's benetint is AMAZING. its a cheek stain (no more powder =]) and its really natural looking. You just use the little brush (it looks like nail polish), add a few dots to the cheek, and run it in. Voila, a natural flush :)

oh and dont pinch! my moms friend used to always pinch her cheeks as a teen, and now her veins/capillaries are broken and visable. but im sure you can pinch them every once in a while and you will be fine =]

pinch them
Reply:try a beutition they will provide you with useful info
Reply:Pinch them really hrd.
Reply:Hold your breath.
Reply:think of something really embarrasing
Reply:get embarresed. haha
Reply:OK, right underneath your eyes, feel that you have bone. Right underneath the bone, pinch some skin with your 2nd and middle fingers and thumb, the tops of your middle fingers should be able to feel the bone. Squeeze the skin for about 5 or so seconds, then let go. It hurts a little, but it will make you blush.
Reply:Make sure you are hydrated! Drink lots of water to get that natural glow. :)
Reply:blow up a balloon
Reply:Get someone to compliment you alot :)
Reply:Naw man, there really is no way to just "HAVE" pink cheeks. Unless you have a rash, sunburn, are a redhead with sensitive skin, or keep smacking yourself. Get plent of water to get a natural "GLOW" and from there you can try illuminators on your cheeks bones or some lipstick smudged in is easier and stays on better. And besides... who says pink cheeks are good, anyways?
Reply:the right color of make-up and the right application would really work. on the other hand, hard-core arobics did it for me....seriously...it was funny cuz that was the 1st time i saw my cheeks naturally red...and im hispanic with medium dark skin...LOL! or...another tip....go to macy's or dillard's or one of those type of store and have the cosmetic professionals help you and guide you...oh...try mac cosmetics people too...I think they are the best...my daughters use MAC...i tried mac but the foundation gave me rash and i wasnt willing to keep using it. I use max factor foundation and then cover girl blush...soft sable and i believe the trick is in blending. try it!!!
Reply:I'm afraid that the only way to do this is to pinch your cheeks, but it only lasts about 5 minutes.

There is a product by Smashbox that makes you blush at the exact tone you would naturally, and you only need to wipe it off. It's amazing! It's just a clear gel and it reacts with your skin to make you blush the perfect shade: http://www.smashbox.com/index.cfm/fuseac...

Reply:rub them with a toothbrush
Reply:Just try a mini cream blush stick. Like e.l.f.'s all over cover stick in pink lemonade. you just dab a little on the apples of your cheeks, and it lasts all day. It's really simple and it makes your skin glow so much. Plus it's only a dollar!
Reply:SMack ur cheeks a bit and pinch them and run around in the streets in ur underwear ^-^ lol i think that would help
