Or use a good lotion after you set a cool moist towel over it for a few minutes!
SUNbURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Get some aloe vera gel and cover your skin with it frequently. It will help to heal the blisters and condition your skin.
Reply:aloe vera or solarcane work well then when u start peeling let the blisters come off on their own but put lotion on the other peeling parts and that should be good
Reply:try aloe. it is very soothing, and it often makes your burns turn to tans. refrigerate it before you use it, so its nice and cool on your burning back.
Reply:Use solarcane. Or use aloe cool ice.
Reply:WELL START PUTTING SUNBLOCK ON IT SHOULD HELP...

UMMM,,,IF THEY R BLISTERS NEOSPOREN..

AND ALOEVER

P.S. GOOD LUCK
Reply:You can also use ibuprofen for the pain.
Reply:You can try cocoa butter lotion or aveeno lotion.
Reply:put vinegar in your bath water it really works
Reply:well.......im almost just like you...in fact my sister is a red head and has similar problems...........to treat a sunburn right away is to put ice on it.........it helps reduce the blisters.........if your trying to tan i really recommend tanning lotion...........not the fake tan stuff just rub it on and lay out in the sun..if you choose to do hat be sure to get the tannning lotion at about spf15 no lower o your blisters will become really gross........but dont be afraid to put on regular sun tan lotion becasue its better to look pale white than ta be completely red and peely.......also a really bad burn can later on turn into skin cancer........i hope you take my advice seriously.
Reply:Solarcane and aloe are good suggestions, also take some Tylenol for the pain and drink extra fluids. Try cool moist washcloths spread on your back. You can even refrigerate them, it will numb the pain and lessen the burn.

When it starts to peel it will itch, try not to scratch and have someone use a lot of lotion on you several times a day, very gently. Try Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion, it has oatmeal which is great for sensitive skin and the moisture lasts a long time. I use it every day, not just for sunburn.

Good luck, I hope you feel better soon.
Reply:You have got to use a good full spectrum sunscreen of at least SPF 25.

It must block out not only UVB but also the more harmful UVA.

If you already have the burn, remember to slather on cool aloe vera straight from the plant.

It's very effective and soothing.
Reply:First use vinegar to get rid of the pain! Then get a good aloe vera gel, we use one made by Banana Boat thats just awesome. And use plenty of it, be liberal with it until the sunburn starts to go away.

Use a high spf sunblock again, liberally applied often until the sunburn is gone completely, and stay out of the sun!!
Reply:Buy some allo vera gel, put it in the fridge (so its cool), then rub it on your back!! This works sooo well!!
Reply:To soothe the burn I rub tea bags on the affected area. It doesnt have any chemicals obviously so you dont have to worry about stinging or worsening the buurn
Reply:Anytime ANYTIME you get a sunburn use Cocoa Butter! I swear!!! It works like nothing else. It's the best ever. I got burned really bad from a tanning bed I could hardly move, a friend told me to use cocoa butter. I did, put it on like three times that not and I swear it was gone my morning. Don't know what's in it for it to work like that but it's a dream. I've used it ever since even on the slightest of burns. Try it you won't regret it!!
Reply:find after sun lotion !!!!!!!!!!!that worksfor my friend who is a red heaad and very pale skin !!!!!!!!
Reply:don't move
