My coloring is pale skin, dirty blonde hair and light green eyes. My hair is curly and currently and inch below the shoulder when left curly. Any advice?

Without a photo it is tough but I would think about going darker so you don't get washed out. You mention pale skin and light hair can do just that. Also you don't describe the curl. Is it tight or more wavy? Having green eyes is rare and very pretty, learn to accentuate those eyes by getting a makeup lesson from a salon pro who isn't there just to sell products. Again without seeing the shade and texture it is a guess but I think lowlights so you have less maintenance (every 2 months for a partial then a full lowlight). Another idea is to make a few consultation appointments at a couple of salons. They should be free, just check when you call and see if you get a common recommendation. Good luck.

Reply:I used to get a 2 part color... My stylist would color my whole head one darker color (chestnut) and then she would go back in and put in blonde highlights on top. It was really cute and I always got compliments! Unfortunately we've moved and I haven't found anyone as good as she was.... Good luck!
Reply:Straighten your hair and go very light brown. Cut long layers in to add movement but keep weight (to keep it straighter). It will bring out your eyes and it's a big change without stripping your hair. Also, it will grow out nicer than bleaching. Great for autumn, add red highlights -after- if you like the look.
