Should I have???

I dyed my hair a blue-black colour the other day. sometimes i like it, sometimes not so much. I know I'll have to live with it until it grows out, as the dye is permanent, but I'm wondering whether or not it was a good idea. my hair is naturally a dark blonde/light brown sort of colour, and I have very pale skin and greeny grey eyes.
Should I have???
Yea I love blue black. I do it all the time. It sounds like a great combination with pale skin and green gray eyes.


I do find that blue black fades out very quick and that it just turns into normal black. If you get bored, add some random streaks in a contrasting colour. I usuially go with pink, but it matches my tattoos. You could do streaks of electric blue or a bright purple. That would look great!

Reply:You can have it dyed a little lighter than add some highlights of blonde and red. Might look nice.
Reply:enjoy the change, give it a chance -- since i'm assuming there must be a reason you tried it, but if you still don't like it, washing your hair will eventually get the color out.

is this your first time dying your hair .. maybe a drastic color?? if so i think you will get used to it and begin to enjoy it...





or put a green streak to match your eyes!!

Reply:You can change it! Sometimes if you use Dawn dish soap, then it will strip that color back out.
Reply:sounds pretty, you can get your hair stripped but to not damage your hair you would probably have to go professional and it would be costly. i think unless you don't think it is attractive stick with it. it sounds nice with green/grey eyes and ivory skin. good luck with whatever you choose!
Reply:You really dont have to wait until it grows out, you will have to rdye a few times to the color you want and wait like a month between the dyes but if you hate it you have choices. I dont see why you shouldnt have done it unless it makes u look sick or u have a career that would make the style difficult. I figure, express yourself as long as you can, sounds like it would look pretty with your eyes.

The darker the better when it comes to hair, for me at least.
Reply:everyone has a bad hair day in their life all you have to do is pimp it up a little bit add a bit of glitter to it or some hair clips.i suggest u should use silver glitter perhaps you could even highlite the tips or put glitter on the tips!

Reply:Get it dyed back to your natural colour if you do not like it because when it grows out your hair might look kinda funny! I knew a girl with brown hair who dyed her hair jet black and when it grew out her hair looked grey compared to the jet black! But if you like it, (I cant see why not) it sounds like it would go nicely! Maybe you need someone to tell you its nice and boost your confidence with it...I do when I get new clothes sometimes and hair. Black hair compliments green eyes alot! Maybe its because that girl had brown eyes...i dont think it would look funny growing out on you though.
Reply:it sounds like the color might be a little harsh with your coloring, but if you like the color, then keep it. if you don't, you can go to the hair salon and get the dye stripped from your hair
Reply:If you dont like it you can lighten it. It will take work, but it can be done. Using somthing that will not damage it . I call a pro. When it starts to grow out you will have lighter roots, so you will have to continue to dye it back or live with the roots.
Reply:if you don't like it just use dandruff shampoo and it'll slowly strip the colour out.

You don't have to live with hair colour mistakes - go to your local (decent) salon - they can help whenever help is needed; they've seen it all before!!

Why is it that u don't like it sometimes? People telling you it don't look good? Don't listen to them...like i said ... im sure it looks really nice. :)

I once dyed my hair black and regreted it cause i have a pale face and it made me look strange. I like brown hair.





you could think about getting dark blue streaks in your hair but not just to streak a few strands of hair but to like streak a bunch of strands of hair, like thicker strands of hair and then dye them blue.
