I need to know what colors go best on a red head with light eyes and pale skin. I am giving my friend a make over(she wants it)and I DO NOT want to mess up. What eyeshadow goes with this, lip colors, colors to wear.

-pale blushes with coral undertones
-dark brown mascara
-dark blue eyeliner
-clear gloss
enhance the porceline qualities of her skin. don't try and make her tanned she'll go bright oragne. my friend has the same toning so i've done this before

Reply:oh. yeah!!! o.k. i have red hair. um..use a natural eyeshadow like a tanny gold. make sure you use brown not black eyeliner and mascara. for lip color use something slightly sparkly but still natural. make sure your blush is not too bright since she has pail skin. Have fun!!!

Reply:I use to have that same kind of look. I used greens, dark eyeliner. Just a plain shiny gloss. Hair looks best straightened flipped or parted down the middle.
Reply:The color green always looks good on red heads I have no clue why, but it does. Mostly because they usually have green eyes to, but any way as for the eyes. There is this eye shadow, I think it from maybelline, well its made especially for the color of their eyes like your friends eyes whether they are light or dark you can find it in any store. And as for the lips light pinks look good because of the light skin tone.(looks more natural)Try to keep it simple you don't want your friend lookin' like a clown. Just keep in mind your not shopping for your self but what looks good on your friend. Good luck!!
Reply:i have red hair and light eyes and i am a makeup freak. i've found that greens and browns compliment the red hair and light eyes. also add some sparkles to make eyes pop. light pink blush looks really nice too. and light colored lipsticks finish off the look.
Reply:I would say peach, apricot (universally flattering), neutral shades, Also emerald green shadow tends to look nice. It depends on the colour of the eyes though. Some pink shades might work too

I don´t really wear much make up(dont need it LOL, just kidding)
what I wear is:
-ALWAYS eyeliner, it makes my eyes stand out
-brown mascara(usually redheads have light blonde eyelashes and black mascara looks too harsh on us)
-lip gloss (pink for more casual and cherry red for more sexy look, it looks great contrasting our pale skin)
I dont really wear eyeshadow at all, but once in a while I do and the best colors of eyeshadow are green and brown. Stick to that and it will look great.
I dont wear blush at all, but pinkish blush is nicer than red for our skin.
