Would it Be Wrong...?

I%26#039;m my story, I made a character to looks a bit like Gaara from Naruto, but it was an accident! Would I get in trouble if his description was this:


Cole Pontius Darkhand is a young man of 15 years. He has blood red, shagy-styled hair and pale skin. Around his teal-colored eyes he has thick black rings because of his half-Shadow herritage. Is often alienates people, and is a excellent fighter. He also has a dark marking of a cresent moon with a star in it%26#039;s arch of his forehead. When he is going through extreme emotional distress, it brightens (and is dark maroon).
Would it Be Wrong...?
If its a fanfiction, or something you%26#039;re not going to have published, then you should be okay. But if its an original work, if only being put somewhere like Fiction Press, you should switch some stuff up. Or just add it into your disclaimer.
