How do you do Emo/ Scene Makeup? [[ Girl Obviously ]]?

I have quite pale skin and might be dying my hair light blonde- right now I have very dark blond- if it helps ??!! xx
How do you do Emo/ Scene Makeup? [[ Girl Obviously ]]?
Eyes:

First start by putting on black eyeliner, and smudge it (a straight line of black can look kind of tacky). Then, put on a couple coats of mascara, and you have a basic look.

If you want more, line your eyes with a dark shadow (kind of like a liner) and use the same shadow on your eyelids, then a lighter one of the same color on top. Voila! A smoky eye! (You can do this with any color, not just black or grey!)

You can also just layer on the mascara, that work wonders as well. Try not to put liner on your top eyelid, that can sometimes turn out very sloppy. Shadow can be a lot better.

Just one more hint if these don%26#039;t help, basics can be best. An emerald green or royal purple shadow and a little mascara is great.

Blush:

Putting on a bright blush on the cheekbones can look fake, but stunning. Now, for a more natural look, and light pink with hints of glitter catches amazing light and is virtually undetectable. Try to stay away from blush all over the cheeks for the kind of look you%26#039;re trying, it might look like a china doll.

Lips:

NO LINER! Only use liner if your lips are deformed or scarred.

Lipgloss is the best, in my opinion. You can buy extra shiny gloss in several shades, so it works just like %26#039;stick. It doesn%26#039;t matter if you are wearing makeup on your eyes or cheeks, a natural lip can pull together a look great. If you want to accent your lips, but on a darker (but deep) shade of red. If it%26#039;s too light of red, it can really drain a person with your shade of hair.

Just another hint, don%26#039;t do all these tips at once. It can look a little trashy. (You can do blush with either one, though)

Why would you want that kind of makeup. All I can say is heavy eyelinre and black eye shadow!

Reply:Good question! I found this for you, it%26#039;s from a guide called %26#039;how to be scene%26#039; - Hope it helps!

*How To Be Scene*

|Hair|

Scene hair, despite popular belief is not about the cut, but more about the shape %26amp; styling.

- For example, a normal hair cut can be turned scene by simply sweeping a side-parting (to creat a emo-style fringe) and adding volumising hair spray.

What defines scene hair?

1) Volume - whether this be by backcombing hair (brush hair upwards from tip to root), adding lots of volumising hair spray and gel, or adding a layer of hair extensions underneath. (clip ins are easy for this)

2) Colour - Dye hair, or add coloured streaks and extensions. Add stripes (a.k.a. %26#039;coon tails%26#039;) for added effect.

3) Accesories: Bows %26amp; clips.

A typical scene cut: Longer at the front, shorter at the back (mullet). This suits most facial structures and people, as long as you work it around your face.

Long face: add a full-set or partial fringe.

Round/square face: fringe not essential.

|Makeup|

1) Heavy eyemakeup can be achaived with an all-around eyeliner (liquid eyeliner on lids) and dark/bright eyeshadow. Optional large fake lashes to enlarge eye.

2) Bright lipstick/gloss

3) Add body jewels and glitter.
