Who would stand out more in a crowd, a blonde with blue eyes or brunette with blue eyes?

Because i have light bluish,greenish eyes, with a dark thick blue/gray circle around them.. and my hairs cut in a bob about 3 inches above my shoulders.I have pale skin... And i cant decide weather to go really blonde, or go dark... Who would stand out more to you?
