Could i model?

im 5'11, 15 yrs old. My measurements are 33-26-34 and i am blonde, blue eyes, pale skin with a few freckles. I have had had scouts invite me to a casting call, but i was unsure whether it was a scam?? does it sound like I could model?

And you dont need to be tall to be a model.

You will most likely be better off in the long run staying in school and going to college. My cousin did some modeling and it ended up costing the family a lot of money to keep her in it. Seeing as how it's so competitive, a lot of pressure and hard work, don't let that be your only goal. Keep it as an open possibility but think of all of the other great things you could do with your life. :)

Reply:Modeling is not just about looks. Too many people think just because you're pretty, you can be a model. It takes a lot more than that to become when. And the truth is, if a modeling agency does sign a contract with you off your looks, then you have to be reeaaalllyy pretty.
Reply:Of course you can!!!!!! you sound like someone whose probably quite good looking but looks don't really matter if your gonna be a model. All you need to know is how to pose for pictures and have a passion for it!!!!!

Reply:Well, you're tall enough, which is one good point! But you could ask your best friend or at least an honest friend to compare you to a model in the magazine, and she might just be right! Like, are you skinny enough to be a catwalk model, pretty enough to be a jewellery model (earrings, necklace), have nice hair?
