What should I wear to a wedding reception?

I have red, curly hair, pale skin, and this reception starts in 4 hours. I don't wear pink because I'm a tomboy and i don't like heels. I live in Iowa, so its kinda cold-like 40 or 50 degrees outside.

Makeup (eye shadow) tips ?

I have pale skin and hazel eyes.

What would be a great combanation of eyeshadow to bring out the color of my eyes.
Makeup (eye shadow) tips ?
I have hazel eyes and I tend to use greens and browns to bring out the color. Blues and purples also work well for me. For some really nice color combinations try the Mary Kay Virtual Makeover http://www.marykay.com/daryn_anderson You select the model that best represents your hair and eye color and skin tone.
Makeup (eye shadow) tips ?
glitter grey

mascra

gee nvm

dont know
Reply:green @@ shimmery
Reply:I would try a light pink or purple and if that still dont look right to you do a light brown and a pale pink together looks great.
Reply:the first shade on the eyelid should be cream color then on the top part of the lid brown with black mascara
Reply:I use natural colors... for everyday..

for a more dramatic look like night time.. I use a color called onyx from Mary Kay.. the real key is to use a makeup brush for applying eyeshadow and blend.. well.
Reply:use brown color in your eyes and black eye liner...put a mascara!

the point is, always use dark color to reveal your eye color...add some natural right on your eye sheath (just a lil). use natural color also on your lip for lipstick...

pearl necklace

Some Help With Make-up Please?

Im only 15 so i would like to look a little more natural. i dont mean for everyday wear, but like odd days and special occassions. I have long eyelashes already and quite large eyes.

Id like my eyes to look big, sparkly and bring out the colour (bluey with a hint of green sometimes, and a orange ring round my pupil) i have mousey brown long hair and pale skin.

Please help (suggest colours etc) Id like to wear makeup occassionally but not everyday
Some Help With Make-up Please?
Well you sound like you have beautiful eyes anyway, but play one thing up, if you wear a bit of mascara then don't put any lip gloss on, and the other way round! that way there is always something natural about your face, for your cheeks because you have porcelain skin try a really nice peaches and cream blush and put it on the cheek bone! but remember the most attractive thing about a young girl is a beautiful skin, and you only get that from good diet, washing with a mild soap and a nice moisturiser!
Some Help With Make-up Please?
I would go buy Loreal products they have allot of the shimmer eye shadows in brown, tan, and green Loreal also makes a mascara it is called telescope which is great I have really long lash's also and it works great.
Reply:OK so I am saying maybe a lightish magenta colored pink on the eye with very light eyeliner then maybe a light green for the top color eyeshadow and for lips I would do a pinkish light lipstick with clear shiny gloss!! Since you already have long eyelashes I wouldn't recommend mascara!!
Reply:a light green eyeshadow will really show off your eye colour, but if you pick a dark shade of green, it wont look right on your pale skin. if you want to make your eyes look larger, then use eyeliner, since you have long lashes already i wouldn't bother with mascara. if you do use green eyeshadow, make sure your lipgloss or lipstick is not a drastic colour, pick a colour that is close to your natural lip colour, or just use a clear coloured lipgloss.

use a pale pink colour for your cheeks.

hope this helps.
Reply:Well, since you have long eyelashes(sooo lucky) you can wear clear mascara, just to kind of groom your lashes,so they will look prettier, yet natural, or you can wear black mascara, but just the natural kind, don't buy those that give volume, or claim to curl your lashes, since your lashes are already long, too much mascara will make your eyes look heavy, and always buy waterproof mascara, they last longer and are much beter then the regular ones.

As far for your eyes, you can use pink, green, brown, black(don't put too much) eye shadow, try to buy those shimmer eye shadow(L'oreal, maybelline, Cover Girl), they bring out more the color of your eyes, and give a light sparkle to your eyes.

You could also use blush, since you very light, it will look nice on you, I would suggest light pink or peach, just don't go overboard, or you will look like a clown, if you don't know how to put blush on, ask one or your friends to teach you, or you can go to the mall, and in the makeup area, ask one of the ladies there to teach you, they will do it with no problem.

Always wear lip gloss, I think is much prettier than lip color, try using, clear, pink, dark pink( more going to the red) peach, brown, those color will look really nice on you, and it will also compliment your skin tone.
Reply:Hi, I just visited a site that had a link on it for new makeup. I was at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com and clicked on fyi.arbonne or something like that.
Reply:Hi, I would recommend Avons Make up in colour trend they have loads of colours for people your age and I think you will love the range. All the top colours for this season and cheap too. and last as long as the other leading brands of make up if you dont have an avon rep or your can order online try tescos Barbara Dailys MAKE-UP range the foundations are brilliant.

I wouldnt recommend using any other cheap brands like collections 2000 as after years of using these they arent any good at all. Try tescos Barbara Dailys MAKE-UP range, really good and easy to get to.
Reply:i get compliments on my eyelashes and all i use is a curler and i use light pink to compliment my bright green eyes and it still looks natural and for a little sparkle just add a little glitter to the eyelashes not the eyelids! You don't want to draw attention and you wouldn't get the natural look you want
Reply:buy foundation in your shade and put on a little brozer to add color. maybe some gold eyeshadow for your eyes.
Reply:if you have big eyes then smokey shades are the best with eye liner. i would say blue or green smokey eyeshadowstart from the bottom of your eyelid with a dark blue then work your way up with a light blue then put on some mascra maybe clear if you already have long eyelashes. and a medium tanned foundation from rimmel london they really good!

hope ive helped xxx
Reply:I have bluey-greyish sometimes greeny eyes and the same kind of hair. For a natural look brush some very pale powder under the eye for lift. Brown eye shadow really suits green eyes but don't go overboard or it'll look like your tired or ill! A little bit will bring out the green in your eyes. Otherwise use a eye shadow just a little bit brighter than your skin tone, I sometimes use a very vaguely orange one ( very vaguely orange...I can't describe it very well!) Less is more really and don't spend a fortune on make-up. Just buy a cheap pallet of eye shadows and powders- you can work wonders with it! You can use vaseline (only 99p) to make lips shiney without being too obvious and you can also use it on bare eyelids or over a little bit of eyeshadow- gorgeous! A good set of make-up brushes is a good investment. Have fun experimenting xx

Highlights Help PLZ!!!!!?

natural rust red hair, pale skin, greenish blue eyes, wavy, thick hair, bangs to my eyebrows, ovalish face (if that matters im not exactly a hair expert),what would be a good highlight color for me
Highlights Help PLZ!!!!!?
You could easily pull of some strawberry blonde highlights, unless your hair is a darker shade of red - even then stick to a similar colour just one or two shades lighter for a natural scattered look.

If you wanted something more edgey you could try getting a big chunk of really blonde hair or black perhaps...

But it sounds like you like it more natural - so stick to the first option.. It'll look great!

maybe light brown.
Reply:most red heads get blonde highlights but im not sure how great that looks.

I have a swim cap fetish, do any of you also find swim caps erotic?

Yes, I admit it - I have a swim cap fetish and I am proud of it. I love swim caps on both men and women, and I enjoy pleasuring myself with the while both on and off my current partner. I love the tight caccooning and the gripping rubbery feel on both my head and my Willie. It is so unimaginably sexy when I view images of swimcaps. I also love how the swim cap pulls tightly on the subjects hair, progressively leading to thining and balding in these areas, especially if it deals with the woman's neck. I have always fantasized about clippering and shaving away all of the thin hairs that stick out of a long-haired woman's swim cap. I always think of swim caps and the erotic pulling effects they have on on the woman's head. I also have a fetish for shaving a woman's head prior to her swimming. I also prefer it when the girls are relatively pretty, but have small ugly imperfections like big nose and pale skin. Anyone else feel this way?

I want to do something crazy to my hair or my face; like a piercing or other such crazy thing -- but what?

I want to get something crazy done, but I don't know what! I was thinking about a Monroe piercing, but my sister pointed out that Amy Winehouse has one, so I quickly forgot that Idea.

I would like an interesting and unusual piercing, but I want something really cool -- and I don't know enough about piercings to think of something really cool (or maybe I'm just a moron, lol).

I DON'T want to be too mainstream, too Scene, too Emo, or have anything done that a celebrity has popularised (I don't mind doing something that a celebrity has done -- celebrities have done most things -- but I don't want to do something that a celebrity has MADE cool).

I'm not against dying my hair, as long as it's a colour that's obviously not my natural colour (like lilac or something, but not lilac).

If it's relevant, I'm a natural blonde with fairly pale skin and grey-green eyes.

Oh, and I'm too young for a tattoo (I'm 16), but I鈥檓 def getting one when I鈥檓 18.

Any advice is most welcome! Thanks!
I want to do something crazy to my hair or my face; like a piercing or other such crazy thing -- but what?
I would go for something unusual with the hair.I'm all for unusual colors, choppy layers and even strange shaved bits (all of which are part of my hairstyle). If you're not willing to touch up every few weeks and style it every morning, then do something new with your makeup.

There are lots of ways to do flashy makeup that is totally temporary and easily changeable. You don't even have to wait for your face to grow back (like hair) if you don't like it.

If you don't know much about piercing, now is NOT the time to be getting one. Do some research and learn all about the subject before you go get pierced. You can look around www.bmezine.com and see what the various piercing options are. If you fall in love with one, learn everything you can about it including, aftercare and jewlery wearing. Never get a piercing you don't know allllll about.

Shave yo head.
Reply:get your septum pierced

or get a cheek piercing
Reply:um, how about a small tattoo on your cheek or something?
Reply:Do something completely N-U-T-S with ur HAIR. That way if you ever decide you don't want it anymore it can go away. Dye it a really bright color, and cut it into a spiky mo-hawk or something that will grab attention! ;D
Reply:maybe an industrial piercing? ive heard they're really painful though
